Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $45.00 to all U.S. Destinations.

Shipping is only $7.99 on orders under $45.00

Aviano Int’l Inc. will process and ship orders within the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Northern Marianas and American Samoa.

Orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS, depending on value and size of order.

Additional shipping charges will be added to the order if the customer requests expedited shipping such as, overnight, 2nd day or Express shipping.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. In the event of an extended backorder, a customer service agent will reach out to discuss your options.

For insurance purposes, a signature may be required on orders over $75 in value, unless you waive this by telling us in the Comments Box when placing your order.

Please Note: UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes and requires a physical address. UPS does NOT deliver on weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
