2. When taking the measurements, place the measuring tape in a horizontal position, so that it is not facing downwards or upwards.

3. While taking the measurements, we recommend that you tighten the measuring tape by 1-2 cm.

4. Note down all measurements and re-measure yourself a second time to ensure that they are correct and accurate.
