SALES TAX
Aviano Int’l, Inc. will collect sales tax for all shipments within the State of California, or other jurisdictions, as required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order anytime. If cancellation occurs after the order has already been shipped, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges, once the order has been returned to us. Orders for custom made products cannot be canceled once you receive an order confirmation from us.

SHIPPING REFUND
Shipping charges for orders processed with the incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, which may result in the return of products back to Aviano Int’l, Inc. cannot be refunded.

PRODUCTS
Every possible effort has been made to reproduce the colors, designs, and styles of the products offered on the website as accurately as possible, certain differences may nevertheless be encountered due to the characteristics of the user’s computer.
